Salad
Spring has arrived and many women and girls want to correct your figure, so try to eat a lot of vegetables. I offer a light vegetable salad that can't refuse and so do men. Salad lots of veggies, and it means a large number of vitamins, which we are lacking. Beans and cheese give nutritional value.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    70 g

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

  • Dill

    3 sprig

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Peanuts

    40 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

Cooking

Beans to boil in water in a ratio of 1:5 until tender. Drain in a colander and drain off all the water.

Lettuce wash and dry. To break it and put it on the edge of a flat dish.

Cut cucumbers into slices first, then another in half. Bulgarian pepper cut into with a knife for peeling potatoes. Spread on lettuce leaves cucumber and bell pepper.

Grate cheese on a grater and roll into small balls.

On the inner edge, where the cucumber, spread the beans. In the centre place the balls of cheese. Between the halves of the cucumber to put little sprigs of dill. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts.

For dressing mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and salt.
