Thanks to cheese this salad with all its lightness is quite satisfying. Went very well the salad after a heavy Christmas food. Try.

  • Pepper

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Olives

    13 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Cabbage and peppers cut into thin strips.

Belfort cheese grate on medium grater. Three long edges, trying to make long strips.

Olives, pitted and cut into circle. For the filling, mix the soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice.
