Baby meatballs
Tender meatballs of Turkey in a creamy cheese sauce, not ground rice... that is necessary for the health of our babies!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Corn grits

Drop it in a pan with hot oil ( I had corn) and stir deep fried for a few minutes until transparent.

Salt, add spices and topped up with water 1:2. Cook until water.

Minced salt, add a little water and whisk.

Mix the ground meat with the cooled rice.

Roll balls-meatballs.

Coat them in corn grits.

Pour the cream into the pan where we will put out our meatballs.

There omit the meatballs. Cover with a lid and simmer meatballs for about 15-20 minutes.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped greens.

Cover with a lid and allow to stand for 10 min.
