Holiday cookies Nan khati
Delicious, tender and spicy Indian cookies. Outside crisp, inside soft. The dough, of course, is not intended for sculpting figures or cut a mold, but for a holiday I propose to try to make it in the form of a star and present to Your beloved coffee. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Semolina

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Cardamom

    1 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

The softened butter to pound with powdered sugar.

Add semolina, mix well.

Add the flour with the baking powder and knead the dough.

I wanted to make stars. Through trial and error tell you about the best option. So, to nip off a piece of dough, make a ball and then directly on the baking paper, to make the flapjack, to penetrate the mould.
