Description
Delicious, tender and spicy Indian cookies. Outside crisp, inside soft. The dough, of course, is not intended for sculpting figures or cut a mold, but for a holiday I propose to try to make it in the form of a star and present to Your beloved coffee. Try it!

Cooking
The softened butter to pound with powdered sugar.
Add the egg, stir, add spices and salt, mix well.
Add the flour with the baking powder and knead the dough.
Nice soft dough, not stick to hands.
The recipe was suggested to pinch off piece of dough, roll into a ball and slightly flatten.
I wanted to make stars. Through trial and error tell you about the best option. So, to nip off a piece of dough, make a ball and then directly on the baking paper, to make the flapjack, to penetrate the mould.
Remove excess dough and carefully remove the mold, slightly shaking in his hands.
To make all the cookies. Bake at 180*C for about 15 minutes until crisp.
And here they are again in the cut.
