Want to offer a recipe for simple sausage rolls prepared very simply and easily. These sausages always come to the rescue on the road, and they, of course, very tasty and juicy! I would also add that this is the best dough for sausages and I tried a lot of options. I cooked only 5 sausages, prepared at once to her husband, if you need more - increase the amount of ingredients.

Cooking
In the boiling milk pour the melted butter and vegetable oil. There egg, salt, zaharim. Mix well.
In a separate bowl prepare the dry mixture: mix the flour and yeast. Pour a little of the cooled liquid mixture into the dry, knead the dough. Leave it to rest for 20-30 minutes.
If the dough is a little sticky, add more flour and knead. Divide the dough into as many pieces as you have sausage. I have this 5 piece. Each part roll out in this oval shape (the dough should not be thin!)
Do razrezki, as in the photo.
And that's the way "pigtail" wrap it in the dough. It is very easy and simple.
Put our sausages in the form, the laid parchment, which is lubricated by a small amount of vegetable oil.
Sent the sausages in a preheated oven 180 degrees for 30 minutes. These beauties turned out.
