Vinaigrette
In fact, the dish is dressed with mayonnaise, but I made two versions: one according to the recipe, and the second lean.

Ingredients

  • Sauerkraut

    200 g

  • Apple

    100 g

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    150 g

  • Beets

    150 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Chicken egg

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The beets and potatoes to boil, cool, clean. Squeeze the cabbage from the brine and chop it. If it is too acidic, you can rinse it with water. Potatoes cut into cubes.

Mushrooms (I have a homemade salted mushrooms) rinse well with cold water and cut into slices or thick strips.

Add to the cabbage with potatoes.

Prunes to steam, chop into strips and add to the salad.

Add the finely chopped garlic.

Beets cut into strips in a separate bowl, pour vegetable oil and mix well.
