Mediterranean rice salad
Like any warm salads. Stumbled upon the recipe... This salad is very popular in Italy. It can be a full lunch or dinner will help you out when unexpected guests descend. Cooks in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Olives

    10 piece

  • Capers

    10 piece

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Take a basmati rice Mix from the "Mistral", put in boiling water, diminish the fire and cook until ready 15 minutes.

While cooking the rice, take the zucchini and red bell pepper and cut into cubes.

In a pan pour the olive oil and fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes. Add sliced black olives or pitted olives, capers, oregano.

As needed salt (I never add salt), mix everything and stew for a few minutes on low heat with the lid closed..

Put the rice from a bag into a bowl.

Add steamed vegetables.

Add tuna, lightly mashed with a fork.

Dressed the salad with olive oil if tuna is in oil, we use oil from the jar. All mix, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with freshly-ground mixture of peppers. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
