Autumn salad with millet
Delicious and healthy salad, without mayonnaise. Suitable for those who are dieting.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Pumpkin seeds

    1 handful

  • Pecans

    1 handful

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Millet

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Orange

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

    0.25 tsp

Prepare the ingredients. Wheat boil until tender and cool. Salad, pepper, Apple, celery and nuts cut into small pieces. Of half an orange to squeeze the juice.
