Cooking
To begin to cut the base 1 head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil. Bulgarian pepper to wash, dry and brush with olive oil. Put in a baking dish and bake in the oven at t 220S for 25 minutes. Leave to cool.
Tomatoes and cucumbers wash and cut into slices. I have tomatoes orange.
Pepper peel and seeds and cut into strips. Herbs wash, drain and finely chop.
Mix the wine vinegar, mustard, soy sauce and olive oil. Whisk until smooth. Roast the garlic, peel and mash with a fork.
To the dressing add the crushed garlic and grated cheese on a fine grater. You can grind in a blender. If the dressing is too thick, add another tablespoon of oil.
