Beef rolls in Czech
The dish is quite popular in the Czech Republic. Here it's called "spanelske of tacky"

Ingredients

  • Beef

    4 piece

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Dry red wine

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    30 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Fat

    4 Tbsp

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Meat to beat, bacon and cucumbers cut into long thin strips

Finely chop the onion and fry for 2 minutes in 1 tbsp. spoon fat

The meat is spread with mustard, put it on a roasted onion

Upstairs alternately lay the strips of bacon and cucumber

Roll, chopping with a toothpick

Fry in a frying pan in leftover fat. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the hot beef broth. Simmer over low heat for about an hour and a half.

Rolls to take out, to take out of them a toothpick. In the broth add the dissolved flour in the wine. Put back the rolls and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
