Description

So named because the main components of this dish pickled cabbage, mushrooms and frozen green beans. Very lean and tasty! "Fast from Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Sauerkraut

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Green beans

    2 handful

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Celery root

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

  • Seasoning

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

Cooking

Onions cut into half rings.

Mushrooms cut into cubes.

Sauerkraut slightly wring out the juice and chop.

Products ready to eat (except potatoes, it can not be used).

In vegetable oil fry the onion and garlic. Add the mushrooms. To put out.

Add the frozen beans.

Add to beans dried celery root.

Pour a little water and stew under cover until tender beans.

Then add tomatoes, rubbed through a grater. Simmer until evaporation of excess liquid. Do not add salt! So how are we going to put sauerkraut.

Then the potatoes cut in pieces and spread on top of stewed vegetables. I used boiled potatoes ( the remains of the salad). Potatoes can not add. But I personally like the flavor combination of sour cabbage and potatoes.

Further put potatoes sauerkraut and chopped parsley. Close the lid and give back out. When greens change their fresh look mix the contents. I'm a bit ( 2 pinches) sprinkle with Vegeta to enhance the taste. Simmer until tender, if necessary adding water.
