Sole with onions in creamy mustard filling
Very tasty fish, belted bow + delicious zalivochka! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Onions cut into rings and pour over boiling water to release the bitterness and the onion has softened.

Fish fillet cut into long pieces.

Each piece salt,pepper,twisted rolls.Dip them in the breadcrumbs.On each slice put slices of onion.In order not to disturb the breadcrumbs,slice onion Nadeem.

Form grease with vegetable oil without smell and rows of stacked fish rolls.Spread the remaining onions between slices of fish.

For filling, mix sour cream and mustard.
