Mini cheesecakes
The recipe came to mind spontaneously, moreover, all the ingredients were in the fridge, to be honest, the first time I bought fresh figs, and here and so used it, turned out very tasty and tender cheesecake!

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    300 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cream cheese

    400 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

Cooking

Cookies grind into crumbs, combine with butter and egg, mix well and put in muffin tins and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Whisk cream cheese with sugar, add the eggs and cream, whisk and leave to rest a little!

Bake cheesecake at 180 grams. 50-60 minutes in a pan pour a little water, let cool in oven with door ajar.

Just cheesecake - somehow uninteresting, I decided to water them with sauce and decorate with figs, sauce prepare so: sour cream mixed with sah. powder, with lemon juice and zest, get a lemon sauce, decorate our cheesecake with figs and pour the sauce! Enjoy your tea!
