Cooking
Liver wash, remove membrane and fat.
Cut into small pieces, fry in vegetable oil. Garlic RUB on a grater, add to the liver.
Carrots clean, grate, add the liver, season with soy sauce, simmer until tender.

The sheets of rice paper soak in water for 2 minutes, drain the water.
Wrap the filling in rice leaves, roll rolls. Spread on a greased baking sheet, brush with beaten egg yolk.
Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes.
