Salad with beans and vegetables
My family always ate beans rare. But in recent years our tastes have changed and now make it several times a week...

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Pepper

    150 g

  • Cucumber

    150 g

  • Cabbage

    80 g

  • Greens

  • Cherry tomatoes

    14 piece

  • Red onion

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

  • Vinegar

  • Lemon

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

Cooking

Pepper loves my whole family. I add it to salads, hot dishes for flavor and aroma. Pepper cut by cubes and poured in a deep bowl.

The beans were soaked for 15 hours. When soaking it is well swollen. Cooked it 35 minutes. Washed beans under running water and poured into a bowl with pepper.

Cut the cucumber.

Shredded cabbage.

Shredded parsley and dill. Sliced green onions and put in a bowl.

The cherry tomatoes cut into quarters. Salt contents of the bowl, added the sugar, poured oil, balsamic vinegar, squeeze lemon juice and mix well.

Salad spread in a dish. Decorated with lettuce, parsley and sprinkled on top of chopped green onions.

Salad to taste refueled sauce Kikkoman. Delicious, juicy, vitamin salad!
