Just little by little, and dinner is ready. Simple, tasty, and of course beautiful. )))

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Eggplant

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Rosemary

  • Nuts

  • Pepper white

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

  • Nutmeg

Cooking

Fry the mince, add the onions after the garlic, spices-salt,white pepper, rosemary,

slice lengthwise slices of eggplant in advance, sprinkle with salt after wash and fry.

Potatoes pre-boiled, cooled, cut into slices, tomatoes peel, cut into slices.

mix the sour cream with the flour and salt, gradually pour in the milk, mix well, after you beat the egg and add the nutmeg-a pinch.

Sauce to pour on top of casserole and top with sprinkle of red pepper.

Put in preheated oven at t=200 C bake until tender ~ 50 min. Here's the finished zapekanka. The dish is put on top of casserole and gently flip.
