Revised (ooh... ) almost all the recipes of waffles on the website, did not find this. Really like it, the waffles get a delicious, crispy, delicate, Oriental fragrance.

Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites. Combine the butter with the sugar, add the yolks and whisk. To the mixture add the starch, ginger, cinnamon, and water.
Whisk the whites separately and then gently combine with the dough. Bake in electrovalence.
If desired, turn into a tube, stuffed with cream. I was making a regular custard chocolate cream.
In order waffles were dry and crumbly after baking leave them to dry separately, not covering one another, or even to put them vertically.
