Description

Pretty quick to prepare cake. The recipe is similar to the "Curly Pinscher", but as a variant of the recipe I can't place (I'm not a cook 3-tier :-[ ). The difference is that you can prepare this cake in the microwave. I have no oven, one day I decided to experiment with a stove, microwave oven and now this cake is a favorite of our family)))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    1000 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

  • Dried apricots

Cooking

step-0
In sour cream (200 g) added sugar (1 Cup) and stir.
step-1
Then add condensed milk and mix again.
step-2
Then add 2 eggs.
step-3
And soda, slaked vinegar.
step-4
Gradually add flour (1.5 cups). Mix everything carefully.
step-5
Here's the consistency of the obtained dough.
step-6
Divide it roughly into 3 parts and pour into a form for microwave. Bake each part separately in the microwave at maximum power (I have 850 watts) for 3 minutes.
step-7
It turns out to be cookie monster.
step-8
Cut into cubes and allow to cool a little. Bake 2 Korzh.
step-9
In the last portion of the dough I added cocoa. But it's not for everybody, as you like.
step-10
The biscuits sometimes not all of "survive" :-D
step-11
Mix sour cream and sugar to cream. I sometimes add remaining half can of condensed milk, but not sugar 6 tbsp, but less (in fact, maybe someone who likes and sweeter ;-) )
step-12
Prepare stuffing. This time I had walnuts (toasted in the microwave), raisins and poppy seeds. Variations can be completely different: the prunes with dried apricots, and a mixture of different nuts with raisins... Who he loves.
step-13
Dip each piece into the cream and spread on the dish.
step-14
Sprinkle with nuts.
step-15
Then the second layer and sprinkle with raisins and poppy seeds.
step-16
And the third layer. Decorate with sprinkles...and candles (she had a PD).
step-17
Bon appetit!
