Zucchini with vegetables
This year my husband and I are the lucky owners of the coveted six acres. Almost all summer bezvylazno live in the country and enjoying a leisurely summer days. Observe how the eyes of the ripening harvest. And we fight with him, but he wins!!! In these troubles I try to find time for the contest, and today we share with you a tasty vegetable dish.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    300 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Adjika

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

Prepare the hot sauce. To do this, mix the sour cream with fat cheese, chopped dill and chopped garlic

Young zucchini cut into 1 cm slices and place in a baking dish, sprinkle with a little salt (keep in mind that the sauce is also salty)
