Cooking
Chocolate put into the freezer for 4 hours the Water should boil together with sugar and mint syrup (you can of course do without the syrup, but it makes this dessert amazing color)
Then remove the bowl from heat, add honey, mint and rum (if dessert will eat the kids, then the ROM putting is not necessary or possible to replace it with 1 tbsp orange juice)
Whisk the mixture with a blender or in a food processor
Strain through a fine strainer
Pour into the mold for ice and put into the freezer for 4 hours
After 4 hours take out the granite from the freezer, grind them into small crumbs using a blender, food processor or simply chop with a knife
Mix with finely chopped chocolate
Arrange in glasses and serve immediately, garnished with sprigs of fresh mint
