Pork baked in the sleeve
This pork recipe suggested to me by my colleague at work - hence the name. Something similar to pork, but done a little differently. You can eat and hot and cold snacks.

Ingredients

    2 kg

  • Soy sauce

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Mustard

    4 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Garlic

  • Bay leaf

Take a piece of pork (later, when I made this meat several times, I realized that it is better to take a few pieces of 500-800 grams - they are then easier to cook * ). Prepare a sauce of the following products (the need to crush the garlic) and RUB them from the meat and place in a container - I have a pot. Marinade for 4-5 hours (can be more). If you want faster, then in the fridge do not put.

Preparing the set for baking: garlic - cloves cut in floors, Bay leaves - broken into 2-3 pieces pepper

Take the marinated meat and make incisions with a knife so that would be in every "push": 1\2 clove of garlic + a piece of Bay leaf + 2 PCs pepper peas. I hope the photo will not cut censorship :)

Drag the pieces put in the sleeve. There also pour any excess sauce, and you can add additional Bay leaf.

Put in oven with temperature of 200 degrees for 1.5 hours. Periodically by shaking to mix the sauce into the sleeve. After 1.5 hours, pierce the sleeve and leave for another 30-40 minutes in the oven.
