Salad with persimmon, mozzarella and pomegranate
Despite the salad dressing and cheese, I'd say it's a dessert. Unusual! Delicious!

Ingredients

  • Persimmon

  • Mozzarella

    80 g

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garnet

    0.25 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Marjoram

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Cheese cut into slices and arrange on a plate along with persimmons (alternating).
