Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Potato starch

    75 g

  • Sugar

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Banana

    3 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Pudding

    0.5 pack

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Glaze

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    250 ml

Cooking

-Separate the yolks from the whites -the Yolks with 2 tablespoons water whipped to a foam, gradually adding sugar, vanilla sugar and Flour mixed with starch and baking powder -Add in the yolk mass -the Stir

-Whip whites into stiff foam with a pinch of salt

-Add the whites to the batter -Mix

-The bottom of a split form of grease, sprinkle with breadcrumbs -Put the dough -Bake in the lower part of the oven at a temperature of 180 deg. (preheated) for 20 minutes, turn Off oven and leave cake in it for another 15 minutes to Let it cool down -Tilt on the dish

-Pudding powder mix 3 table spoons of milk and 1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar -the Rest of the milk to boil, add the mixture of pudding powder -bring to a boil, stirring constantly -cool -Spread on pie-Bananas peeled -Cut into slices -Spread on top of pudding, Sprinkle with lemon juice

-Make the glaze -Mix the sugar with the frosting-Add the water, bring to a boil-Boil for 1 minute to Evenly distribute it over the bananas
