                        I want to offer another version of the eggplant in the marinade. This recipe can generally be called "Eggplant without the hassle".

                            Eggplant wash, trim two sides and pierce in several places.. In a pot of boiling water, drop the whole eggplant and boil for 5 minutes.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Then put eggplant in a colander and put on top of oppression. Drain off the liquid. I used a pot of water in which the cooked eggplant.
