Cookies with filling
Tender, crumbly cookies, on yogurt, with lemon flavor and stuffed with jam nuts. For the competition "Silver Line to the delight of the children."

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Jam

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    50 g

In the sifted flour, add baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Grate the margarine (or butter), on a coarse grater. My first Bear was trying to do. Even the packaging did not give to shoot :-D
