Cooking
A head of cabbage to release from the cobs and boil in salted water. As available, the leaves are removed and put in a colander. In a deep bowl pour the flour, add the salt and gradually stir, pour the beer and to drive egg. Mix thoroughly.
Cabbage leaves dipped in the prepared thin batter and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
For the filling, finely chop the onion. Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Mushrooms cut into slices. In skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the onion with the carrots. Add the mushrooms, stir and fry all together minute 7. At the end add grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Slightly cooled cabbage leaves in batter to put into the form.
To cover the top layer of the filling. Repeat layers until the filling. The top layer should be cabbage.
Cover the casserole with cling film and put under oppression. Put into the refrigerator for about two hours.
