Cooking
For the dough mix the flour, oatmeal, soda and salt and set aside.
In another bowl, beat remaining butter with brown sugar. One by one add the eggs, then mashed bananas and vanilla.
Small portions pour the dry ingredients into creamy banana mass and stir until smooth.
Form for baking grease 0,5 tbsp butter, lay a parchment
Pour the resulting batter into the baking dish
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. For the crumb mix in a small container rolled oats, brown sugar, nuts, cinnamon and melted butter. Distribute the resulting mass on the surface of the dough. Put the form in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
