Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

  • Radishes

    8 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    8 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Seasoning

Prepare the vegetables and peel the carrots.

Buckwheat germinate in about a day and a half, according to the instructions on the package. I want to note that sprouted buckwheat is much more tender sprouts of wheat or oats. And the taste is very pleasant!
