Squash salad with yogurt
Traditional Turkish appetizer with garlic-sour taste. It is not difficult to prepare, tasty, fast!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

From vegetable marrows cutting edge, three on a coarse grater. To survive the extra juice with your hands.

Pour into a deep pan of olive oil, squeezed through a press 1-2 cloves of garlic. Put in hot oil with garlic grated zucchini. Sprinkle with salt, stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, garlic (1-2 tooth.), salt, pepper (mix with whisk).

After sautéing the zucchini to cool. And then add them to the yogurt.

Finely chop dill, add to the salad. Stir. You can also add pistachios or walnuts, peeled and finely chopped.

Serve, garnished with herbs and nuts.
