Green tomato
Appetizer of pickled green tomatoes from Korean food with my supplements easy to prepare, very tasty and flavorful! For use ready for the next day, and also suitable as a canning for the winter!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chili

  • Allspice

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Dill

Wash tomatoes and cut into thin slices, cutting out the stalk

Add sliced thin half-rings onions and chopped garlic

Add finely chopped chili pepper (amount of pepper to your taste if you want spicier, add more if you don't like spicy, you can substitute bell peppers), flowers from the umbrellas of dill and crushed pepper

If you will be cooking more as preparations for the winter, do the tomatoes in a large container after the infusion, to put tightly into clean jars, pour the resulting juice, cover with sterilized lids and sterilized (1l – 15 minutes, 0,5 l – 10 minutes).
