Unfortunately, the story of the recipe of this salad in my book has not recovered. Prepare this salad for a long time and I quite often and it has never let me down, always had the same success with my guests. On the website salads with pineapple a lot, but mostly with chicken, shrimp or vegetables, try salad with beef and tomatoes, I'm sure you will like it.

Cooking
Necessary for the preparation of salad products.
Cut the meat into thin strips, as for Stroganoff, salt, and pepper.
Next, fry the meat in vegetable oil for about 3-5 minutes, then under the lid simmer until tender.
Cut onion into thin half-rings.
Fill the onions with boiling water, adding vinegar, leave for 15-20 minutes and then recline in a colander, letting the liquid drain out.
The pineapple should be cut into small cubes.
Tomatoes cut into slices of medium thickness.
At the bottom of the salad bowl put cooled meat, lightly coat with mayonnaise.
Next - the meat slices of pineapple, again mayonnaise, then a layer of marinated onions, finish with a layer of tomato (can't show these two steps, because they miraculously disappeared, although "miraculous image" and says that mum's camera didn't take).
The top of the salad lightly with mayonnaise, decorate with pineapple slices and sprigs of dill. That's all. I invite you to try. Bon appetit!
