Very tasty and unusual cookies quick cooking! It is cooked with yeast, but without the dough rise. Tastes like soft bagels, only sweet!

Cooking
Melt the butter, pour vegetable oil, water, stir. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, condensed milk and protein, mix well with a whisk. In this mixture dissolve the dry yeast. Pour the flour and knead the dough. It should be tender, soft, elastic and not stick to hands.
Roll out the dough on the table (the table with flour, not sprinkle!), thickness of 5-7 mm Cut glass circles.
Lay them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave for 15 minutes, until heated oven. Lubricate the cookies with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar.
Put the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Brown top light.
Delicious, fragrant and very pretty cookies ready! You can warm the tea or coffee and enjoy!
Taste liver resemble bagels, but sweet.
