Description

Chocolate cupcake
Delicious cake, not too sweet, chocolate, sour cherry, cognac and a little bit of lemon; the structure is quite dense and crumbly. Prepared quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Potato starch

    100 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Cherry

    400 g

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Pour the cherry brandy and leave at room temperature for several hours (or overnight put in the fridge). Eggs, beat with sugar, then add butter, cream, stir until smooth.

Then add flour, starch, cocoa; add the cinnamon, baking powder and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.

In the dough put the zest, nuts and cherries (just the berries, the juice is poured into the bowl of glaze; a few berries to leave for decoration). Stir and spread the batter in a greased form.

Bake in not very hot oven for minutes 70 – 80. Remove from the mold and boil the glaze. To cherry juice add the powdered sugar (by volume approximately equally), on low heat bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes.

She begins to slightly thicken, and turn off the heat.

On top I sprinkled coconut flakes. Deferred and spread berries.
