Cookies
Macaroons, of Armenian origin, is not difficult, very tasty and beautiful!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Almonds

    200 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Water

    0.25 cup

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Putting down 15 almond kernels, the rest of the almonds to grind;

Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until Golden brown; While baking cookies, cook the syrup and coat the warm cookies to them with a brush;
