Cake gingerbread What
Easy and delicious gingerbread cake, not too sweet, with orange and cinnamon notes. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Orange zest

    2 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Spices

    2 tsp

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Jam apricot

    200 g

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • White chocolate

    75 g

Cooking

In one bowl scramble eggs and sugar.

In another mix the flour, baking powder, spices and zest. Combine with the egg-sugar mixture.

Whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Mix the whipped cream with the previously obtained mixture, preferably quickly and accurately. Our dough is ready.

Put the dough on the oiled baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes at t 180°. (Focus on your oven)allow to Cool.

Ready Korzh cut in half. Jam through a sieve, spread on one half and cover with the other.

Both kinds of chocolate, melt separately in a water bath. To cover cakes with dark chocolate, from top to pour a stream of white. Cut into squares. To serve freshly brewed tea or coffee.
