gentle air and very rich muffincake with creamy sausage cheese, sausage, and tasty herbs-pripravku.. quick and easy to prepare. you can take with you to work for a snack, and if it is to reheat in the microwave... mmm.. we will have lunch :)

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese

    200 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Cheese sausage

    50 g

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

Cooking

all that is necessary (cheese sausage forgot to take out of the fridge :) )

mix with a mixer cream cheese with eggs, spices, vegetable oil, milk, salt and ground pepper

sausage cut into cubes, cheese to grate on a coarse grater, add to liquid mixture and well mix it up with a spoon. add the flour and baking powder and mix (the batter should be lumpy)

form grease well with butter or put paper molds. put the dough (the dough rises very well, so you can make more than 12 muffins, but smaller)

bake in a preheated 200C oven until Golden brown (20-30 minutes, depends on oven and size of muffins)

garnish with ketchup and mayonnaise.. cut some fresh vegetables and... Bon appetit! :)
