Liver with mushrooms in a potato bowl
Original and tasty dish! Such potato "plate" can be submitted and goulash, and fish sauce. Yes, anything!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Onions and mushrooms cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil until almost cooked.

Liver is cleaned from films and channels, cut into small cubes. Add it to the pan with fried onions mushrooms and stir. Fry for five minutes.

Mix the sour cream with milk, pour into the pan, heat, add cheese, stir intensively to the cheese dissolved. Half of the sauce to add to the stuffing and simmer for another few minutes until cooked liver.

Proceed to baking the potato pancakes. Potatoes to grate long strips, be sure to rinse and squeeze well.
