We loved the bulgur in recent years - is prepared very quickly, also helpful. Bulgur with sun-dried tomatoes is a great dish for lent. Quickly satisfy your hunger and fill You with energy.

Ingredients

  • Bulgur

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

    100 g

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil.

Add bulgur TM Mistral, mix thoroughly.

Pour boiling water, cover and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, remove from heat.

The herbs and chilli finely chop.

To add to bulguru sun-dried tomatoes, Chile, parsley, orange juice and salt to taste, mix well.

Serve as a side dish or as a separate dish.
