Cooking
Wash tomatoes and, if small, cut in half. If the tomatoes are large, then 4 and more parts.
Sweet pepper peel and chop coarsely.
Hot peppers wash and remove the seeds. If you'd like it spicy, the seeds can be left.
Greens wash, dry and coarsely chop.
Garlic to clean. If the cloves are large, then cut in half.
Add to the bowl of a food processor, two kinds of pepper, greens, garlic. Add the soy sauce.
Pour the vinegar and vegetable oil.
In the next step you can go two ways. Just pour the dressing and mix gently, or put some tomatoes cut up and spread part of the filling. At the gas station to put some more tomatoes cut down again to spread the dressing. I just stirred and turned the tomatoes cut down. Close the tomatoes with the lid or tighten with cling film. Place in refrigerator for 12 hours.
