In fact, the potato in these rolls not so much, and the end result it is not felt. Sami rolls out very tender and fluffy. The child is delighted with them. Recipe found long ago on the Internet, the author and the site do not remember. The result is not judge strictly, this is my debut.

Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients. Milk, water, sugar, salt and butter mix and heat until warm so that the oil started to melt. Add to the mix the potato mash and whisk all with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
According to the original recipe to knead the dough manually. But it was time to mess around and I sent the mixture in the bread machine, added the flour and turned on the "Dough". At the end it turned out that such a result.
Ready divide the dough into 18-20 balls.
Each ball roll out (not finely) tortilla. The edges gather to the center. Roll the ball down the stucco, cover the palm and do 15-20 circular movements of the hand to secure the knot.
The beads are spread in the form of pre-greased (I advise you to take more).
Then grease with egg yolk,
(I wanted to sprinkle them with sesame seeds)
And bake in a preheated 190 degrees oven until nice Golden color (about 25-30 minutes).
Note: if the dough is to put a little more sugar, you get sweet rolls for tea. You can also before baking sprinkle them with sugar.
