Cheese snail
It's my anniversary, 100th recipe! A soft fragrant dough and two toppings create a delicious combination!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

  • Dried apricots

    150 g

  • Prunes

    150 g

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Margarine vzbit with sugar. You can replace butter. Add the egg and beat again.

To connect whipped mass with cottage cheese and vanilla.

Add flour mixed with soda. Knead a soft dough. Give to lie down in the fridge.

Meanwhile, prepare the fillings. Dried apricots pour boiling water for 30 minutes. Dry and pass it through a meat grinder.
