Chinese salad adapted by me in Ukrainian way (in winter and autumn are prepared according to original recipe). Tasty, juicy and so fresh that it is impossible to put down, love it...

Cooking
Cabbage finely chop.
Pepper cut into julienne strips and add to the cabbage.
Sesame dry on a dry pan until slightly Golden.
Onion and almonds finely chopped (in winter I take a regular onion instead of almonds and added walnuts :), but that's my preference).
Mushrooms cut into strips of noodles to crumble. To the cabbage add the pepper, mushrooms, sunflower seeds and sesame, onions, nuts and noodles.
Now prepare the sauce... For this mix the oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and seasoning. When the sugar has dissolved, pour the sauce over the cabbage and let it brew for at least an hour. Well, actually, and all :))). Bon appetit !!!
