Riet of crab sticks and salted salmon with caviar sauce
A very delicate dish. Perfect for a snack as on a festive table, and for home quiet meal of the day. Very delicious if spread on a crispy piece of toast, or a slice of fresh rye bread

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Green onions

    10 g

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Tabasco

  • Black pepper

  • Lettuce

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Caviar

    1 tsp

Salted salmon very finely chopped

Mix salmon with crab sticks, chopped green onions and 7G butter. Knead well and put it in the refrigerator to harden

To make the sauce: mix the mayonnaise, cream, finely chopped green onion 3G, black pepper, lemon juice and a few drops of Tabasco

Salad leaves coarsely torn

To prepare salad dressing: mix olive oil, black pepper and balsamic vinegar and pour the salad leaves

Frozen Riet molded two spoons to form quenelle, place on a plate to salad leaves, drizzled with dressing. On top of rieta is sensitive to water creamy caviar sauce
