These delicious rustic sandwiches can be prepared in advance or already in nature, replacing the ham cooked on the fire with meat!

Cooking
French baguette (I took a bow and small size) buy in the store.
Cut against the side of the tip or throughout the length of the straight piece and while put aside. Take out the pulp from the baguette to fit the filling.
Lubricates the inner surface of the baguette with olive oil on top and sprinkle with balsamic or wine vinegar.
Prepare the vegetables: cucumber, tomato, onion and bell pepper.
Finely chop them, add in your favorite salad greens, add salt to taste and tucked in the olive oil.
Ready stuffing put in the hole of a baguette.
On top place the sliced pieces of ham.
Next we'll need 3 tbsp. of softened butter.
Mix butter with 3 tbsp. of sweet-sour sauce from TM "Blue Dragon".
The upper part of the baguette, brush with this mixture.
Cover the baguette with filling the top of the unit, gently press and cut across into serving pieces. If the baguette small size, it is possible to leave and so, not cutting, and each will get a stuffed baguette =)
