Cooking
I admit I'm not a big fan of apples and stuffing them, but it's the only option, which I like.
So, Apple (apples) cut into medium pieces.
In a thick-walled skillet or saucepan, melt butter.
Add the brown sugar Mistral Demerara. On low heat melt sugar, stirring occasionally. Bring to the state of caramel. Watch, that not much has thickened and is not burnt.
Add apples and vanilla, cognac, keep on heat for about 5-7 minutes, until the apples are slightly softened.
Stuffing leave to cool. Meanwhile, roll out the dough and divide it into wide strips. One part of the strip put the filling, cover the second and well zasiyaet region. Make small incisions on top.
On a baking tray lined with baking paper, put puff future. Put it into the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Served both hot and cold. In the hot version would be delicious with a scoop of ice cream. You can also add cinnamon and then the taste will be more spicy. Bon appetit!
