Grandma's rice pudding
Delicious casserole.

  • Sugar

From 250 gr. of rice and 1 liter of milk, boil rice porridge. Give a well to cool. While the porridge cools, whisk 3 egg yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar and butter. Add lemon zest and beat in the cooled rice porridge.

Apples are cleaned from skin and core. Cut plates. Optionally, you can sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix with the raisins.

Chilled protein vzbit with a pinch of salt. Gently mix up in rice porridge.

In refractory form spread first half of the rice porridge. Then all apples, then close the remaining rice gruel.

Top optionally you can put a few pieces of butter. I didn't do it. Bake at 180 C for 40-45 minutes.
