Salad
This is one of the options of salad "nest Capercaillie". I made the recipe with some changes and it turned out very delicious salad that will brighten any holiday table!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Garlic

  • Mayonnaise

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cook chicken thigh in salted water with the Bay leaf.
