Another chocolate loaf with a very tender filling. Go. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Starch

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese curd

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Sift the flour, starch. Add baking powder and cocoa.

Proteins separated from the yolks. Whisk with warm water and sugar. Mix with the yolks. Mix well.

Add dry mixture, mix well. Spread the mass on a baking tray covered with parchment and greased . Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.

The finished cake out onto a towel and roll it up. Allow to cool.

Whip the cream Bonjour with powdered sugar. To deploy the roll, spread the filling and again roll. Put into the refrigerator for a few hours and preferably overnight.
