Fish fillets baked in grape leaves
Another recipe that I liked! Fish in grape leaves, as in its own juice, with aroma of all spices..

Ingredients

  • Fish

    350 g

  • Leaf vine

    8 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    4 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Marjoram

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Form for baking grease oil, add 2 cloves crushed garlic.

Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, honey, marjoram.

To make the shape of vine leaves, put the fillet of fish, pour the fragrant sauce.

Close the grape leaves on top. Bake at 170-180*C for 20 minutes.
