Salad of rice noodles and mushrooms in batter
This salad two years ago cut out of the newspaper "Antenna", that time came to cook it. It turned out delicious! Hearty and zesty!

Ingredients

  • Spices

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Soy sauce

    5 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Noodles

    100 g

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Rice noodles, throw in boiling water, cook for 4 minutes discard in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Slice the mushrooms and coarsely (or half of converting). Pour soy sauce, add a Bay leaf (pre-crushed), spices for salads, stir. Add the flour and stir again.

In a deep pan to pour a large amount of vegetable oil, heat and fry the mushrooms. Then lay them on a napkin to glass excess oil.

Salad pick by hand.

Green onions finely chop.

Prepare sauce: mix mayonnaise and soy sauce (1 tbsp mayonnaise - 1 tsp soy sauce), add red hot pepper (to taste).

In a salad bowl put first the lettuce, then noodles, then onions and mushrooms and top with the sauce. Pleasant appetite! :-)
